jan-2005:		Insulmat delivers its new gram shattering Hard Anodized Aluminum valve - We've eliminated our stout brass valve, weighing in at 16.1g, and replaced it with a Hard Anodized Aluminum valve that comes in at a feather light 6.9g. apr-2005:		Appalachian Trail Days is coming up in Damascus, VA and Pacific Outdoor Equipment is preparing to once again provide our free repair service. Each year we send a contingent from Bozeman to Trail Days with a sewing machine and patching materials in order to aid Appalachian Thru-Hikers. Trail Days is a festival held each year in May, the weekend after Mothers day, in the big hearted town of Damascus, VA. Roughly 400 miles from the southern start of the AT in Georgia, Trail Days celebrates the Appalchian Trail and the hikers, former hikers and aspiring hikers that converge there each year. Pacific Outdoor tries to do our part by fixing gear that might have had some issues over that first 400 miles. If you're in the area come by the free repair area in the campground south of town and look us up.
